Overview
Retina Care Specialist of Florida offers state‑of‑the‑art vitreoretinal care. We are hiring an Ophthalmic Technician to support a high‑volume ophthalmic practice that focuses on quality and compassionate eye care services.
Responsibilities
Obtain and document patient history
Determine visual acuity
Perform automated refraction
Administer eye drops, ointments, and irrigating solutions as ordered by the physician
Enter data into EMR and perform office duties
Provide patient services and maintain confidentiality
Maintain equipment and instruments
Travel to other office locations as required
Qualifications
High school graduation from an accredited school
Customer service skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and independent decision‑making
Detail oriented and reliable transportation
