Essential Job Functions
Provide efficient and courteous customer service, supporting the company mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"
Maintain a positive, friendly and fun atmosphere through flexibility and teamwork.
Greet and speak with customers, giving prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
Ensure self‑service products are properly packaged with correct weights, ingredients, and measurements.
Follow the company Food Safety program.
Assist in stocking, rotating, and organizing products and cooler arrangements.
Help with receiving, ordering, pricing, and rotating all processed meats.
Keep display cases neat, clean, and with proper code dates.
Maintain a clean workstation area and sanitize the department at least twice a day.
Attend on‑site work during scheduled shifts, adhering to time‑and‑attendance policies.
Light cutting work as needed.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to meet standard physical, mental, and visual demands.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions and perform routine tasks while interacting with varying levels of individuals.
Availability to work scheduled shifts on site.
