Job Description Summary
Home Every Night – No overnights or long hauls
Consistent Schedule – 4-day work week (Tue–Fri), 6:00 AM start
Solid Pay – $26.75 /hour with high overtime potential

Job Responsibilities
Operate a vehicle and deliver assigned orders of wine, spirits, beer and other beverages to accounts in a safe and responsible manner while complying with federal mandated laws.
Manage customer relationships: maintain good relations with retail customers, listen to and resolve concerns, keep information confidential, collect payments and reconcile loads with receipts and delivery invoices.
Record sales by completing daily sales and delivery records.
Return empty containers and manage rejected or unsold merchandise with appropriate collections.
Handle necessary paperwork; invoices must be signed when product is dropped off.
Ensure compliance with all federal mandated DOT driver laws and requirements.
Maintain accurate DOT driver logs and safety records.
Follow safety rules and regulations to perform duties safely.
Keep the truck clean and maintain vehicle condition by inspecting before and after use, logging inspections, reporting defects, and requesting routine maintenance.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results; other duties may be assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid driver’s license, CDL Class A or B.
Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
Good communication skills and high professionalism.
Ability to multi‑task, work independently or in a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
Sound judgement and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bi‑lingual language skills are a plus.
Physical Requirements
Stand, sit, talk, hear, use hands and fingers to operate computer and telephone.
Regularly lift 45–65 lbs.
Regularly bend and squat.
Competencies
Accountable for meeting own targets; work reviewed periodically.
Problems encountered are defined, repetitive, and routine with readily available solutions.
