Position Overview Perform duties to place product into inventory in predetermined locations while meeting established standards for quality, accuracy, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain assigned work area and equipment (laser scanning devices, totes, carts) in a clean, orderly, and safe condition. Observe all safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
Safely pick and place correct product off incoming lines in the correct order. Deposit empty product containers in designated area. Meet all established standards for quality, accuracy, and productivity. Check incoming orders for quality and place defective product in rejection area.
Accurately enter and categorize inventory records.
Scan and place correct product number and type into inventory using proper tracking devices.
Deposit overstocked product at proper locations for placement in overstock tote.
Perform backup functions for other departmental personnel as directed.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
0–3 years experience.
General computer skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Mandatory overtime may be required.
Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $16.56 per hour + production bonus. Salary range disclosed based on neutral factors. Benefits available – see details by clicking the benefits link.
