Used Car Technician – Calavan CDJR and Kia
We are looking for a Used Car Technician to work at Calavan CDJR and Kia. Calavan Kia – CDJR reconditions and sells over 130 used vehicles per month, which include foreign and domestic cars, trucks, and SUVs. Prior Kia experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
Communicate directly with the Used Car management team so that they are informed on the status of Used Car vehicles.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, etc.
Perform work specified by the service advisor in a timely and efficient manner.
Test-drive vehicles to ensure proper repairs.
Stay up to date with the latest technologies.
Qualifications
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
2+ years of Service Technician experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification a plus.
Excellent customer service and basic computer skills.
Enjoy working in a demanding environment.
Capable of working well and getting along with fellow employees.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Flat rate pay will be based on experience, certifications, and proven performance.
A positive, friendly attitude, with a willingness for improvement necessary.
