As a Lead Cook, you will super‑vise kitchen staff, ensure the highest food quality, guide associates on cooking techniques, and visually select the freshest ingredients while following recipes and preparing supply requisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train the team in proper cooking techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures.
Quality Control: Ensure only the freshest ingredients are used by conducting regular sensory evaluations.
Monitor Production Flow: Oversee food preparation and maintain adherence to cost and quality control standards.
Health Compliance: Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and adherence to health regulations.
Daily Operations: Manage kitchen set‑up, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness for efficient service.
