Job Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company‑mandated standards.
Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, and surrounding areas.
Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
Identify items guests have left behind and report using the hotel lost‑and‑found procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to multi‑task.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Team player.
Ability to exceed guest expectations.
Knowledge of cleanliness standards.
