Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service to all guests by adopting a customer‑first attitude and connecting with guests.
Provide consistent quality beverage and food products by adhering to all Dunn Brothers recipes and standards.
Create a positive and energetic atmosphere for every guest and team member.
Manage cash drawer and follow all cash‑handling policies and procedures.
Assist with new‑hire training by coaching and developing team members.
Support marketing promotions and ensure every product delivered meets Dunn Brothers standards.
Maintain store cleanliness by completing checklists, side jobs, and cleaning projects.
Drive results by upselling each customer and achieving store goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Available to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
Perform many different tasks during each shift.
Engage with customers, make a connection, and anticipate guests’ needs.
Resilient under pressure and able to work as part of a team.
