The Dishwasher will maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cutlery, glassware, food machines, and more. The candidate will show up on time, assist kitchen staff as needed, and follow all sanitary and health protocols. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Organize all dirty dishes, glassware, utensils, etc. into the dishwasher. Ensure the water is drained from the dishwasher hourly. Operate the industrial dishwasher and perform opening and closing duties. Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary. Empty and clean all trash receptacles and clean iced tea, coffee, and other machines daily. Clean dish storage, follow sanitation policies, and provide assistance to prep cook, especially during peak times. Perform other job‑related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Position may be labor intensive and require heavy lifting up to 25 lbs. Excellent critical thinking, time management, and ability to operate industrial machinery. Willingness to work in a hot, humid environment on your feet for 8‑hour shifts. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move objects up to 50 lbs. Ability to multitask due to high volume of the restaurant. LEADERSHIP QUALITIES
