General Function The

Program Aide

will be responsible for assisting with the preparation, implementation, and event management of youth and adult programming.

Education/Experience/Training/Certifications

Experience working with children in a supervised setting is preferred, not required.

Basic programming knowledge is preferred, not required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Assists in the planning and implementation of programming activities.

Ensures programs run smoothly by assisting where needed. This includes assisting with programs or teaching programs.

Maintain the quality and inventory of the supplies, equipment, and materials.

Assists in the proper storage of program equipment.

Performs other assigned duties as directed by the Supervisor.

Abilities & Skills

Ability to move equipment; must have the strength to lift, carry, push or pull
