Job Duties and Responsibilities
Process financial aid applications, reviewing, verifying, and assessing eligibility per regulatory guidelines.
Follow up on missing or deficient information and communicate application status to applicants.
Respond to inquiries, research, and resolve problems related to departmental transactions.
Prepare reports and correspondence and deliver financial aid training information, both written and by presentations.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of student financial aid records in the Banner financial aid module.
Perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Education:
High school diploma or higher degree.
Preferred Qualifications:

Environment:
Typical interior/office work environment.
Physical Effort:
No or very limited physical effort required.
Lifting Requirements:
Handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds.
