Responsibilities Teach private lessons as needed, with the possibility of teaching music courses to music majors or non‑music majors depending on experience. Play instrument and prepare students to perform for additional departmental needs such as ensemble concerts, faculty recitals, commencement, and other campus events.

Qualifications
Demonstrate teaching and performance skills on instrument(s).
Band, orchestral, and/or jazz ensemble experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in the field of music required; master’s degree preferred.

Employment Terms Part‑time appointments are made on a semester‑by‑semester basis (as needed). Online teaching may be required. Canvas training will be supplied by SCC.
