enthusiastic, positive, and reliable Twos Teacher
to join our amazing team!
At The Goddard School, teaching is more than just lessons—it’s about sparking joy, building confidence, and encouraging little ones as they discover the world around them. With twos, every day is full of giggles, big feelings, and those exciting “I did it!” moments.
What’s it like to be a Twos Teacher here?
✨ Cheer on toddlers as they master new skills and show off their growing independence

✨ Share the day’s adventures with parents—whether it’s a new word, a silly story, or a milestone worth celebrating
✨ Work side by side with other passionate teachers while continuing to grow in your career
If you love helping toddlers explore, learn, and shine (messy art projects and dance parties included!), we’d love to meet you!
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of experience is awesome (but we’re open to training the right person!)
Completed state-required pre‑service training (or ready to get it done!)
Loves building strong connections with kids, families, and teammates
Stays cool and professional, even when things get a little hectic
Can lift up to 50 lbs (because sometimes little ones need extra help or snuggles!)
Infant & Toddler teachers: able to safely lift babies in and out of cribs
Must meet background check requirements
