What will I be doing?

Greet guests and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.

Mix and garnish beverages following recipe and portion control standards.

Serve beverages to guests and check valid identification for alcohol service.

Accurately total, process, and collect payments using the POS system, handling cash and card transactions.

Stock and maintain the bar inventory, including beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and perishables.

Respond professionally to inebriated guests as needed.

What are we looking for? Qualifications and attributes:

At least 2 years bartending experience in a craft cocktail environment.

Guest‑focused hospitality mindset with warm, energetic presence and upselling skills.

Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and holidays.
