Early Childhood Toddler Teacher – Bright Horizons

This full‑time position is available for a toddler classroom and includes a $1,000 hiring incentive payable after 100 days of employment. Responsibilities

Create hands‑on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing the child’s daily milestones. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines. Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. Preferred: 1 year of professional experience teaching in childcare, daycare, or preschool settings. Preferred: CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in early education or related field. Required: Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children. Physical Requirements

Compliance with all applicable immunizations, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training is required. The role is in‑person at an early education/preschool childcare center, providing supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services per Bright Horizons policies and applicable laws. Compensation

Hourly rate: $20.75 – $25.35 per hour, depending on experience, education, and other factors. Benefits
