K-5th Special Education RISE Teacher Applicant Pool - IDEA Mid Rio Grande Valley Region (26-27) at IDEA Public Schools.

What You’ll Do – Accountabilities
Adapt lessons to meet student needs.
Support coordination of related services for caseload students.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Collect and analyze student data to maximize achievement.
Communicate progress with parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators.
Implement behavior management system aligning with campus initiatives.
Host tutoring sessions and participate in school-wide meetings.
Spend 40+ hours per week at school.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Experience in Special Education with significant disabilities.
Valid Texas state certification in Special Education and core content areas.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adjust instruction and facilitate meetings.
Compensation & Benefits Starting salary $57,500 for 0 years experience. Additional compensation, stipends, and performance bonuses available.
