About the Job
You will be tutoring Math & ELA to 4th & 5th grade students, three (3) days a week, within small groups and one-on-one sessions. The role is flexible with 10–35 hours per week, tailored to fit your schedule.

Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects such as Math, Reading, Writing, Literacy and exam prep.
Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to develop engaging, personalized learning strategies that help students thrive.
Bridge language gaps to ensure every student has the support they need.
Participate in monthly training sessions.
Qualities We Seek
Passion for learning and a commitment to supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved and bilingual students.
Degree‑seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
Committed and flexible: available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school.
