What You’ll Do
Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of clinical PAs, including scheduling, performance evaluations, mentorship, and training.
Collaborate Strategically: Partner with department administrators, physician leaders, the Chief PA Surgery, and the Director of PA Services to drive growth and excellence in Orthopedics and Urology.
Stay Hands-On: Maintain clinical responsibilities to ensure continuity of care and uphold our high standards.
Champion Our Culture: Foster a team environment rooted in our commitment to Putting Patients First.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of PA experience, with progressive leadership responsibilities and a strong surgical background.
Active involvement in state or national PA organizations (committee or board participation preferred).
Required Credentials
Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies
NYS PA Licensure
Current NCCPA Certification
ACLS/BLS Certification
NYS Infection Control Certification
DEA Certification with NYS Opioid Prescriber training compliance
