Position Overview As a Part-Time Stocker you will keep our retail stores organized and our shelves full for our customers by unloading product deliveries and moving the product to the sales floor. You will maintain the visual presentation of the sales floor, greet customers, and assemble products for displays and customers as needed. Customer service is a part of the expectation of this role. Northern Tool + Equipment serves tradespeople and weekend warriors, ensuring they have the right tools for the job with an easy, hassle-free experience. Your positive and professional attitude contributes to our winning culture and leaves a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities
Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and placing the product in the proper places in the store or backstock areas.
Completing endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
Working backstock bins and moving top stock down.
Assisting customers with carry-outs to their vehicles and assembling products for customers or display.
What You Will Bring
Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience admired but not required.
Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed.
A love of tools & equipment.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to lift 70 lbs.
Service-focused mindset.
