We are looking for a Master Ceramist withextensive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, sculpt, and produce ceramic dental restorations such as crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant restorations. Collaborate with dental technicians to ensure accurate and functional restorations. Aesthetic Excellence: Create natural-looking restorations that match patients' individual teeth in terms of color, shape, and size. Keep abreast of the latest trends and techniques in dental aesthetics to provide the most cutting‑edge and realistic results. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the lab's high standards of precision and aesthetics. Make necessary adjustments or corrections as required before the product is sent out. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with dentists, providing them with updates and receiving feedback to ensure patient satisfaction. Participate in case planning sessions, understanding patient-specific requirements and expectations. Attend workshops, seminars, and courses to stay updated with the latest techniques, materials, and technology in dental ceramics. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Dental Ceramist; portfolio of past work is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and artistic ability. Proficient in the use of ceramic layering techniques. Excellent hand-eye coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
