Compensation Base pay is $17.85 per hour. In addition, team members receive tips averaging approximately $5.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.
Work all café positions — baristas are cross‑trained and adaptable, including kitchen.
Keep our spaces clean, safe, and always ready for guests and teammates.
Produce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications.
Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station’s needs.
Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas.
Qualifications
1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service.
Strong communicator with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
