Job Overview The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high‑quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.
About The Role
Stock and display products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and cover routes as assigned.
Use personal vehicle to travel among stores; products are delivered in advance.
Company‑issued phone with an app to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement.
Shift and Schedule
Full‑time, 5:00 am until work is finished.
5 scheduled shifts per week with weekends required (days off fall during the week).
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
About You We are looking for a self‑motivated, customer‑service‑oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, thrives on independent tasks, and loves interacting with people. You prefer to stay active and are excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products. Taking pride in your work and being detail‑oriented are qualities that are important to you.
Total Rewards
Pay starts at $18.47 per hour, increasing to $19.45 per hour after the 6‑month anniversary.
