Responsible for the overall cleaning and appearance of the property models and vacant readies, in addition to public access areas utilized by current and/or prospective residents. Job Duties

Cleans office, clubhouse, public access areas, and models as directed including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. Cleans apartments thoroughly after move‑out or makes the units ready for new residents. Bathrooms – scrub toilets, sinks, and tubs; clean floors and cabinets (inside and out). Kitchen – clean refrigerator, appliances, sink, counters, cabinets, and floors. Vacuum the entire unit. Replace broken or missing pieces on appliances (drip pans, shelves, etc.). Perform final touch‑up clean on show units and those ready for new resident move‑in. Keep model units and public access areas clean and maintain these areas. Pick up grounds, clean pool(s), and interior painting. Clean laundry rooms (clean machine tops and fronts, clean dryer lint traps, sweep and mop floors, empty trash bins). Assist with trashing out the apartment after the move‑out form has been approved and signed. Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies, maintaining adequate supplies. Inform the Property Manager to purchase supplies when needed. Maintain the housekeeping storage room in a neat and organized manner. Report any maintenance concerns or repairs in unoccupied apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. Assist maintenance staff and other staff members as needed. Maintain open communication with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Assist with clean‑up at resident functions. Wear company uniform as directed, including wearing company ID. Deliver various communications to residents as needed. Attend and participate in training seminars as requested. Always represent the company in a professional manner. Ensure safe work practices are being followed. Always display a friendly and courteous attitude with other employees, maintain and promote a positive attitude, and never confront a supervisor or other employee in front of residents. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills/Abilities

Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi‑family housing and Fair Housing. Education and Experience

High school education preferred. At least one year of experience in similar duties preferred.
