Summer Camp Counselors at Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida in Jupiter, FL. This role involves leading and supervising adventure-themed summer camp sessions at Camp Welaka, with on-site housing during resident and adventure camp sessions. Responsibilities

Provide a safe and stimulating environment where campers engage in a variety of adventure, tradition, and badge-themed outdoor activities. Empower girls to plan and lead camp activities and facilitate activities for campers in your group. Live on-site in an on-site cabin during resident and adventure camp sessions. Qualifications and Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age. Required to timely complete a Level 2 criminal background check with eligibility determination. Required to timely complete a motor vehicle background check with eligibility for agency insurance coverage. Required to timely complete a post-offer, pre-employment health examination, with the ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation; submit health history prior to the first day of work. Strong preference for supervisory experience, experience working with youth groups, ability to swim, and knowledge of outdoor programming. Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with children, parents, volunteers, peers, supervisors, and subordinates. Mandatory Pre-Camp Staff Training: Monday 6/8/26 – Thursday 6/11/26 Resident Camp Session 1: Friday 6/12/26 – Saturday 6/13/26 Resident Camp Session 2: Wednesday 6/17/26 – Saturday 6/20/26 Adventure Camp: Monday 6/22/26 – Friday 6/26/26 Resident Camp Session 3: Tuesday 7/7/26 – Saturday 7/11/26 Resident Camp Session 4: Sunday 7/12/26 – Thursday 7/16/26 Clean Up Day: Friday 7/17/26 Note: Applicants are encouraged to commit to all summer camp sessions; if approved to work fewer sessions, must be able to commit to the entire session(s) they are selected for.
