Patient Scheduler , you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through every step of their visit—from scheduling their appointment to checking them in and ensuring their visit goes smoothly. You’ll be a key player in making sure everything runs like clockwork in the front desk area while keeping patient records accurate and up-to-date. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and have a knack for managing schedules, we’d love to have you on board! Responsibilities
Be the first friendly face: Assist patients with scheduling, check-in, registration, check-out, and ensure they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Manage patient flow: Help keep the clinic running smoothly by managing the flow of patients, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling and check-ins. Accurate record keeping: Ensure all patient demographic and financial information is accurately entered into our system. Communication pro: Answer all phone calls, respond to patient requests, and explain health benefits, financial obligations, and the organization’s Discount Policy with clarity. Be the scheduling guru: Take charge of the clinic schedule, ensuring it’s effective, organized, and optimized for the best patient experience. What You Need To Bring
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: At least one year of customer service experience. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computer hardware/software and patient management systems. Detail-Oriented: Maintain accurate patient records and verify information. How to Apply
