Shared Living Provider - Northern Massachusetts
Riverside Community Care invites experienced and compassionate individuals or families to work from home and provide care for adults with developmental and cognitive disabilities. The shared living program matches these individuals with welcoming provider families for long‑term, in‑home placement.
Responsibilities
Assist the individual with meal preparation, transportation to medical appointments, and medication administration.
Help the individual integrate into home and community life, fostering meaningful relationships and encouraging independence.
Qualifications
Past experience is helpful but not required; training and ongoing support will be provided.
Willingness to provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for a person with cognitive disabilities.
Pay & Placement
Stipend‑based arrangement determined by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) based on the level of need.
Locations
Rowley, Boxford, North Andover, Andover, Methuen, Haverhill, Tewksbury
