Great Day Improvements is looking for a skilled Carpenter (Installer) to join our team. This role focuses on the accurate and professional installation of windows, siding, and gutters, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's positive image.
Key Requirements
5+ years of installation experience in windows, doors, siding, or gutters.
Clean, unmarked vehicle and reliable transportation to job sites.
Possession of required tools for siding installation.
Proof of liability insurance; workers' compensation insurance or ability to obtain.
Aptitude for accurate measurements using tape, level, and combination square.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to leave work area clean.
Responsibilities
Install windows, doors, siding, and gutters according to company procedures and customer expectations.
Provide expert guidance to customers on functionality and upkeep of installations.
Maintain professional and pleasant attitude when interacting with clients.
Clearly document work through photos, paperwork, or other required documentation.
Interpret and follow safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions.
