**Principal Accountabilities**
* Running and reporting on daily operations* Ensuring food safety and quality* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures* Cleanliness and housekeeping
**Required Qualifications**
* Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship* Must be 18 years or older* Must be able to read, write, and speak English and understand/interpret manuals, procedures and policies* Work in a cold to warm environment* Ability to write and document information on forms* Ability to audit documentation and processes to determine compliance with determined criteria* Ability to inspect facilities to determine compliance with determined criteria* Ability to perform electronic data entry into various computer platforms
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous production or Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory experience
