Job Description Cintas is seeking a Uniform Room Attendant to help ensure customer satisfaction for our larger customers. The position is located on the customer's premises and the primary responsibility is to distribute uniforms to the customer's employees. This independent role requires the ability to make decisions to maintain high levels of customer service and product quality, with adherence to safety programs and procedures. The Attendant must be a team player with basic computer knowledge.
Responsibilities
Promptly and efficiently respond to customer inquiries and concerns face to face.
Maintain and stock inventory of uniforms and related supplies.
Fix minor repairs and maintain equipment.
Deliver products to various locations within the customer facility.
Order and label new garments.
Organize the room for garment handout.
Maintain a record of daily transactions.
Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Office/clerical work experience.
Preferred:
Professional laundry experience.
Experience using an ironing press and steaming equipment.
