Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Department: Health System Shared Services | Recruiting

Job Description The Administrative Assistant position within Human Resources will support the Talent Acquisition and Employee and Labor Relations teams. This position will provide scheduling and administrative support for assigned leader(s) and team(s). It will also manage payments for the departments, assist in the creation and maintenance of the annual budget, and support timekeeping. May assist with coordination of new employees’ onboarding plans and other administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED and 1 year of relevant experience.

Per Classified Civil Service Specifications

Six months' experience (600 hours training) using computers to generate a variety of materials ranging from basic to complex

Six months' experience (600 hours coursework) in office practices and procedures

Six months' experience (600 hours course work) in customer service
