Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Front Load Driver based in Magnolia, TX. The Front Load Driver will be responsible for safely operating front load waste collection vehicles to collect residential and commercial waste. Day‑to‑day tasks include ensuring timely routes, adhering to safety protocols, completing pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections, and maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations. Drivers are also expected to provide professional and courteous service to customers.
Qualifications
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
Experience in safely operating front load trucks or similar heavy‑duty vehicles
Understanding of safety practices, traffic laws, and waste disposal regulations
Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance inspections and report any issues
Strong time management and reliability in completing scheduled routes efficiently
Good communication and customer service skills
