Job Description As a
Security Officer - Commercial Patrol Driver
in Devens, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, deter incidents, remain visible, and provide exceptional customer service. Driving is required; a valid driver’s license is mandatory.

What You’ll Do
Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and solve problems.
Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unwanted activity and address security concerns.
Observe and report suspicious activities or incidents encountered during patrols.
Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security needs.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
Minimum Requirements
Valid driver’s license, per Allied Universal driver policy.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Experience with access control or badge is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Age: 18+ for unarmed, 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation required.
Drug screen required as permitted by law.
Licensing requirements submitted as per state/local laws.
