Job Duties:
Greet and welcome guests into the waterpark
Assist waterpark guests with ticket sales and redemption
Operate point of sales system for retail purchases
Provide outstanding guest service waterpark patrons, while interacting professionally and respectfully with guests
Answer guest questions accurately and consistently
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area
Assist with other waterpark operations as assigned
Classification:
Summer seasonal, generally 20-35 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous work experience in a customer service role
