Who We're Looking For
Prior Dealership or Private Repair Experience
Solid Automotive Line Techs / Mechanics
ASE Certifications
BMW experience is a huge plus
Strong work ethic
Skilled at teaching others how and why to perform their job
A great communicator with a positive attitude
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
Responsibilities
Produce billable labor on the vehicles brought into the Service Department for service or repair.
Dispatch work to all group members in a fair equitable manner.
Ensure technicians are properly trained and have breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needs.
Resolve customer request, questions, and concerns in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner.
Develop a production plan each month.
Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed.

The flat rate pay range for this position is $24 to $72 per flat rate hour. This is a performance driven position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of the total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Team Production/Productivity.
