Job Overview PCCUA is a multi-campus, two‑year college serving Eastern Arkansas with over 25 associate degree programs in occupational, technical and continuing education.

Responsibilities

Development and delivery of manufacturing/processing credit and non-credit training programs that may include plant automation, mechanical systems maintenance, industrial safety, pump maintenance, hydraulics/pneumatics, welding, industrial electricity, industrial supervision, programmable logic controllers, etc.

Performs other related responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

Able to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekends.

Bachelor's degree in industrial technology or engineering technology preferred.

Strong organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills are a must.

Prior teaching or training experience preferred.

Industry maintenance certification a plus.

Physical Requirements Constant Physical Activity: Balancing, Climbing, Crawling, Crouching, Grasping, Kneeling, Manipulate items with fingers, including keyboarding, Pulling, Pushing, Reaching, Stooping, Talking, Walking.
