Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and efficient Receptionist to manage our front desk, provide administrative support, and ensure the highest level of customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing inventory, and assistance with coordinating events.

Responsibilities

Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails

Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including stocking coffee and beverage supplies

Assist with the oversight of the coordination of events, including providing support with setup, logistics, and other tasks as needed

Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reporting any discrepancies or issues

Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed

Ensure that all areas of the office are clean and tidy, including the kitchen and break rooms

Arrange for transportation services, such as Uber or Lyft, as needed

Maintain and restock coffee machines, including checking and emptying coffee machine baskets and resetting the coffee count

Manage waste disposal and recycling, including ensuring that all waste is properly disposed of and recycling is done in accordance with company policies

Report and input any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant system, and follow up to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner

Conduct quality control checks to ensure that the office is meeting quality standards, and collect feedback from customers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement

Communicate with vendors, including those for cleaning services, Bevi unit maintenance and repairs, and coffee machine maintenance and repairs, to schedule appointments and report any issues or concerns
