Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled, experienced and motivated commercial carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry with a focus on commercial projects. As a commercial carpenter, you will be responsible for various tasks including but not limited to:
Interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications
Build metal stud walls including framing, drywall and drywall finish
Perform repairs and renovations as needed
Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on-site
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Knowledge of installing commercial doors and hardware
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Commercial Carpenter
Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction drawings
OSHA 10 certification
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
