Job Title & Location Construction Technician / Laborer – Memphis, TN. Valid CDL license required. Responsibilities include installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehab and repair projects. This position works largely independently while following detailed instructions.
Benefits: Sign‑on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL (reduced bonus for those without a CDL). Starting hourly rate $24.00‑$27.50 per hour, negotiable with experience. 100% paid on‑the‑job training.

What You’ll Do
Repair various types of sewer lines using a specific product and process.
Ensure pull‑in tube is properly prepared by examining D‑Rings, chains, and attachment to pulling cable.
Install the prepared tube using a winch, backhoe, crane, or other appropriate equipment.
Monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly.
Cure resin products using an inflation tube, banding boots, layflat, boiler hose, etc.
Learn and train on Insituform’s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and equipment.
Drive various vehicles (pickup trucks to tractor‑trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment.
Perform set‑up and clean‑up tasks at job site or shop.
What We Need From You
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience as a construction laborer and/or installation technician highly preferred.
OSHA certifications a plus.
Valid driver’s license required with a clean motor vehicle record.
Must possess a Class A or B CDL and align with Insituform’s motor vehicle standards (Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required).
Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces.
Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery‑powered, or electric tools.
Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state).
