Responsibilities
Support, grow, and maintain relationships with dealerships and fleet operations in the local metro area.
Develop and maintain a weekly sales route to maximize profitability.
Manage inventory, maintain company vehicle, conduct audits, and keep accurate sales‑stop logs.
Apply automotive key‑making expertise and provide high‑quality customer service on the field.
Participate in ongoing company training and safety updates.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
2–5 years of automotive experience, cable installation, route sales, or related fields.
Sales and customer‑service experience, preferably commission‑based.
Go‑getter attitude, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
Proficient with computers, email, and internet navigation.
Professional demeanor and appearance; safe place to park company van.
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, squat, and stand; able to enter/exit vehicle doors 30–40 times daily; lift car hoods and disconnect batteries.
Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
English language proficiency – speak, read, and communicate effectively in English.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary plus commission and bonus.
Year‑1 average earnings: $62,440 per year.
Average after first year: $81,320 per year.
