Role Description
The Boiler Operator is responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of boilers, pressure vessels, and related mechanical systems to ensure efficient and safe functionality. Duties include overseeing boiler systems, performing inspections, conducting maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting equipment issues. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Wausau-Stevens Point Area. Qualifications
Proficiency in Welding, including TIG Welding and Oxy-acetylene methods Ability to read Blueprints and interpret technical diagrams Experience with Metal Fabrication and an understanding of materials and processes Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Familiarity with safety protocols and standard operating procedures for boilers and related machinery High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a relevant field preferred Previous experience in boiler operations or mechanical systems maintenance is an advantage Seniority level
