Inventory Control Assistant Manufacturing

Brief Description The Inventory Control Assistant is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels and adherence to processes (research discrepancies, check expiration dates).
Responsibilities
Perform scheduled cycle counts.
Data entry.
Report cycle count discrepancies from different departments.
Report cycle count short‑run products.
Check expiration dates.
Perform physical or systemic scrap due to expiration, quality, damage or other reasons.
Use Warehouse Management System.
Utilize mobile equipment when necessary.
Work in a cold environment, average temperature 38°F.
Work in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient in math.
Basic computer knowledge.
Work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
Work overnight/early morning.
Lift 35–50 lbs continuously.
Wear non‑slip resistant shoes.
Learn SAP (Warehouse Management System).
Communicate clearly in English.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Forklift experience preferred.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Hourly Range
– $16.26 to $16.25.
