Descripción del empleo Responsabilidades Collect samples from production lines on a regular basis to meet different preset requirements on different tests

Perform inspection and CCP checkups on in process products

Perform final inspection of product including but not limited to review for completeness, label check, weight check, and visual inspection of final product

Inspect various incoming products and raw materials. Identify and control non-conforming materials

Assist with document control including organize, file and review QA documents

Assist with pre-operational process

Address any questions and concerns on food safety and quality assurance with QA management in a timely manner

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications Requisitos

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Minimum 1 year of experience in QC role or a fast paced food manufacturing environment prefered

Ability to work in a diverse team environment

Ability to do basic mathematical calculations

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Ability to work flexible schedule depending on operational needs

Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed

Physical requirements include frequent lifting up to 25 lbs., occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.; For instances when an employee is required to lift more than 50 lbs they must work in teams of two or use the proper equipment and tools for the job/task at hand. Ability to walk and stand for at least 2 hours or more; exposure to loud noise, dust, chemicals, etc.
