We’re looking for a skilled
Building Automation Controls Technician
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with commercial HVAC controls, system troubleshooting, and field commissioning.
Niagara experience or certification (N4/Niagara Framework)
is required.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot building automation and HVAC control systems
Program, integrate, and maintain Niagara-based systems.
Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning
Diagnose network, sensor, and equipment issues in the field
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers to ensure system performance
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and upgrades
Qualifications
Niagara certification or proven hands‑on Niagara Framework experience
5+ years in building automation, HVAC controls, or related field
Understanding of HVAC systems, low‑voltage controls, and networking basics
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Seniority level Mid‑Senior level
