Maintenance Tech - Day Shift

INTEGRIS Health Location: Ponca City, OK INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, has a great opportunity for a Maintenance Tech in Ponca City, OK. In this position, you’ll be a part of the Environmental Health and Safety team, supporting our caregivers and the community. The role involves repairing major and minor equipment under the guidance of the Maintenance Technician Lead. The position also benefits from an enhanced benefits package, including front‑loaded PTO, full coverage of short‑term disability, increased retirement match, and paid family leave. Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on building service equipment and record pertinent data. Troubleshoot equipment using test equipment, technical manuals, and blueprints. Follow preventive maintenance schedules by checking, cleaning, and lubricating equipment to ensure proper functioning. Check, repair, and replace minor electrical components as needed, ensuring occupant safety. Repair a variety of equipment, including general building and cabinet repairs. Qualifications
1 year of vocational training resulting in a certificate or equivalent experience preferred. Effective communication skills in English. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (vehicle may be company or personal). BMC Only: Driver’s license preferred. Must be able to speak, read, and write English neatly and legibly. Walks and stands most of the time. Requires frequent walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching above shoulder, lifting up to 100 lbs, pushing loads up to 480 lbs (equipment cart), climbing up to 5 flights of stairs per day, and climbing ladders. This position may have additional or varied physical demands and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Potential exposure to electricity, hot water pipes, electrical welding, extreme cold, power equipment, and working in small spaces and at heights.
