Opportunity Under supervision, assemble and test basic forms of electronic control products. Package, label and prepare finished goods for shipment or stock. Utilize assembly drawings and job tickets to manufacture quality products.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Using job tickets and assembly drawings build basic forms of electronic control products
Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly
Correctly record number of products tested or built on job tickets
Utilize the ERP system to input job ticket data
Key Metrics
Ontime performance *
Customer returns *
Build plan‑to‑actual job performance *
These metrics will be measured as a group
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities
With guidance from upper‑level production assemblers perform quality‑checks on products and parts to verify conformance to assembly drawings
Verify package quantity to ensure orders are complete
Use various forms of production tools and equipment
Attach part identification labels to parts
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Production and manufacturing experience is a plus
Manufacturing job shop environment experience preferred

Requirements
This position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C.
1324b(a)(3) due to ITAR and/or CUI compliance.
Candidates being considered for hire must successfully pass a pre‑employment background check.
Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $17 per hour (Pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data).
