This role involves applying spray foam insulation in residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Spray Foam Installer will work closely with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Apply spray foam insulation in various settings, including attics, walls, and roofs.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the scope of work and insulation requirements.
Prepare surfaces for insulation application by cleaning and repairing as necessary.
Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during installation processes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
3 or more years spray foam insulation is a must.
Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding construction drawings.
Familiarity with masonry, metal stud framing, frame carpentry, and construction painting is advantageous.
Ability to fabricate materials as needed for specific projects.
Proficient in the use of hand tools and equipment related to insulation installation.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
