Welders

What You’ll Do:
Fit and weld fabricated metal parts to produce standard and custom products
Interpret engineering drawings and set up welding equipment accordingly
Apply proper welding procedures (MIG focus) with attention to detail and quality
Actively participate in continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives
Maintain flexibility and a proactive approach in a collaborative environment
Who We’re Looking For:
Apprentice Welders : Students currently enrolled in welding programs or with 1+ year of hands‑on welding experience
Journeyman Welders : 3–5 years of MIG welding experience, including machine setup for light gauge metals (16 gauge to 1/4”)
Ability to read and understand blueprints and apply measurements accurately
Commitment to safety and willingness to obtain ASME certification within a set timeframe
Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes is a plus
Additional Requirements:
Must pass National Career Readiness “Work Keys” assessments (Applied Math, Reading for Information, Locating Information)
Comfortable working in an environment that is not climate‑controlled, with periodic lifting up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety practices
