Key Responsibilities

Represent Action Air, Plumbing & Septic with professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Provide top‑quality HVAC services to residential and occasional small commercial customers.

Actively participate in training programs to continually expand your skill set.

Communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and your team.

Ensure safety procedures are followed to protect yourself, your team, and the customer’s home.

Qualifications

EPA Universal Certification or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in residential HVAC service.

Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

Ability to lift over 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and work in small spaces or fluctuating temperatures.

Must have a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on continual improvement.

An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to contribute to our team's success.
