Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment and process issues effectively Experience with quality control and ability to maintain high product standards Knowledge of processes and optimizing production Capability to train and support team members in operational and safety practices Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on-site High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus Familiarity with recycling and manufacturing industries is a strong advantage Seniority level
