Location: John Day, OR Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $16+ DOE
Job Description We are seeking a reliable and motivated Lube Technician to join our service team. This entry-level automotive position is ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in the automotive industry. The Lube Technician will perform basic vehicle maintenance services while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks and other assigned duties.
Inspect vehicles for basic safety and maintenance issues
Replace filters, wiper blades, bulbs, and other minor components
Check and maintain proper tire pressure
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Accurately document services performed via electronic submission and verbal communication.
Communicate findings and recommendations to service advisors
Qualifications
Previous automotive or lube experience preferred, but not required
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and safety
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Must be able to pass a drug test
